Our year-round consulting and support starts with, and is based on, your customized Tax Plan. Following your Tax Plan, we handle your books throughout the year and provide the reporting you need to help you stay on track and make financial decisions in real time.
One-time Tax Plan & Onboarding
Step 1: We set up your Accounting Software and Payroll Software
Step 2: We analyze/update your prior year financials as well as your prior year tax return and amend them, if necessary
Step 3: We set up your annual budget and projections
Step 4: We set up KPI tracking for your company
Step 5: We present your Tax Plan and start the implementation
Ongoing Support
Monthly Bookkeeping and Account Reconciliation: We keep your books up to date and prevent errors
Monthly Financial & KPI Reporting: We track against your budget and projections to make sure your business is is on track
Monthly Meetings with Owners: We discuss financials & strategies to help you make decisions for your business and team

Our firm needs a point of contact that has access to accounting data, such as invoices, bill pay and payroll that will be able to respond within 24 hours time. Often this is not the business owner. This could be an operations, office or finance manager.

We do not currently provide bill pay or payroll services. We can assist you in getting set up with a payroll service.
